What You Need to Know
1. Consulting Services
- Cancellation: Clients can cancel their consulting services up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.
- Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their sessions without penalty if notified at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Live Streaming Services
- Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel their live streaming services up to 72 hours prior to the event for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-Show Policy: If a client does not attend a scheduled live stream without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
3. Other Media Services
- For any other media-related services, please contact us directly to discuss specific terms. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for the refund. All requests will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 5 business days.
5. Limitations
- Refunds are only applicable to services not yet rendered.
- This policy applies to services purchased directly through Katch-Up Media LLC.
