    If you decide to cancel a project, please inform us in writing as soon as possible. Refunds for cancellations depend on the work completed at the time of cancellation. Once work has begun or content has been delivered, refunds may not be possible.

    We offer a revision period for most of our services to ensure your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with the initial work, we’ll collaborate with you to make necessary adjustments. We are committed to achieving the desired outcome.

  3. Non-Refundable Services:
    Certain services, such as custom graphic design, video production, and branding packages, are non-refundable once the project is in progress due to the bespoke nature of the work involved.
